Our Ideal Candidate

You are an exceptional Sales Executive with experience generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. You possess excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and networking skills and are personable and professional.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Create product awareness and initiate sales conversations via emails, cold calling,

  • LinkedIn messaging, SMS etc

  • Identify appropriate prospects, make effective sales calls, or hold on-site meetings to

  • initiate or close deals

  • Manage sales pipeline

  • Maintain working relationships with new and existing clients to ensure exceptional service and unlock new sales opportunities

  • Track marketing and sales metrics and generate reports

  • Keeping up-to-date on market trends to understand client behavior and activity

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.

  • Minimum of five years of sales experience

  • Strong network in the construction/real estate industry in Lagos Nigeria

  • Enthusiastic and motivated to hit the ground running and achieve the numbers

  • Self-confident with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools

  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
