OPL Partners with Taeillo to Empower Women

OPL Academy, in collaboration with Taeillo, is organizing the first edition of the Taeillo Women Empowerment Program (TWEP) to address the underrepresentation of women in the upholstery industry. The program will provide training in upholstery techniques to 20 women, aged between 18 and 40 years, over the course of three months. Following this, high-performing participants will be selected for a 3-month internship opportunity.

Our objective with this program is to cultivate a cohort of competent female professionals who will significantly contribute to the Nigerian upholstery industry.
